Welcome to the Daybook Journal. A weekly post here at The Littlest Way where I gather all the ordinary things that happen or are happening in my day to day. Things like what I’m reading or listening to, eating, cleaning, and learning. These are the small moments that make up my blessed daily life and I want to remember them. My prompts may change depending on season and circumstance.
* I’ve written an ebook to guide you through the whys and hows to get started with Bible Journaling, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, and to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Bible Journaling…
During this Lent I plan on doing some Bible Journaling through the 7 Penitential Psalms using my Blessed is She Catholic Journaling Bible. But don’t worry, we’ll be doing it together. And there will also be examples of how to do it without a journaling Bible.
Around the House…
I’m slowly working my way through tossing and giving away. I have no idea how Kathryn Whitaker does it in 10 days!
In the Kitchen…
Veronica wanted Baked Potato Soup for her birthday dinner. Potatoes spike my blood sugar. My sister and her daughter came out and she made a delicious stir-fry. I LOVE stir-fry but cannot for the life of me make it! Like, who cannot make stir-fry y’all?
Self Care
I have been consistently walking/running a little on the treadmill and lifting light weights for my arms a couple fo times a week for about 10 minutes. I have arm muscles. Let me repeat, I HAVE ARM MUSCLES. Now, maybe not enough to shout about or use caps, but to me, this is huge. Not the muscles, the consistent showing up to take care of myself almost every single day.

Jenny, my sisters and ‘sistas’ will be celebrating our 22nd anniversary this month of our sister night gatherings. And yes, we call it ‘Sister Night’. February, 1996. And it’s been absolutely consistent, breaking only in November because I have hunters in my family! 😉 I think there have been two cancelled due to weather issues. Amazing. I think it’s story worthy…….Maybe movie script worthy about the beautiful love we share with our sisters and dearest sister-friends. I could talk to Manny about that.
