Welcome to How to Live the Little Way. A weekly post here at The Littlest Way where I gather all the ordinary things that happen or are happening in my day to day. Things like what I’m reading or listening to, eating, cleaning, and learning. These are the small moments that make up my blessed daily life and I want to remember them. My prompts may change depending on season and circumstance.
* I’ve written an ebook to guide you through the whys and hows to get started with Bible Journaling, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, and to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Praying…
We are in the final week(ish) of our 9-week Rosary Novena. It has been long and tiring. And in another set of prayers, we are still praying for a healing and strengthening of Veronica’s ankle so she can play! Will you join us again in praying for this intention? If you’re Catholic, we are joining together to pray the Memorare prayer for her.
Pondering…
Anna has me pondering the Love Languages again. Do you know yours? Leave it in the comments below.

Catholic Journaling Bible
This is my study Bible.
I just received an advance copy of the new Inspire Catholic Journaling Bible NLT. This Bible is BEutiFUL!! There is a coupon available right now; I’m not sure when it expires.
I’m almost finished with Liturgy of the Ordinary: Sacred Practices in Everyday Life and then will start The Forty-Day Word Fast: A Spiritual Journey to Eliminate Toxic Words From Your Life.
It’s that time of year when the setting sun comes through the windows at just the right angle to reveal all the spider webs decorating between the glass and screen. It’s also is at just the right angle to reveal the summer dust. Lovely.
In the Kitchen…
I need someone to remind me how much I love my crockpot and how much joy it brings me to not have to think about dinner at 4pm. Now, tell me some of your favorite Trim Healthy Mama crockpot or Keot crockpot meals. Bonus points if I can make two and freeze one.

Self Care
My tummy is still having some issues. At first, after Googling, I thought Gallbladder, now I’m not so sure. I was talking this through with Chris the other night, in long detail, and he just seems to have this sense about me. I 100% believe it to be a grace from God; in part because of the Sacrament of Marriage and in part because I have prayed often for God to answer me through Chris. Chris has never, not once been wrong when diagnosing me–spiritually, emotionally, and physically. He says I’m fine, it’s diet related and something is inflamed and it will take a few weeks to settle down. That night I went to bed tired of my tummy bothering me and just tired. I was asking God, “Please show me what is going on here so I can change it or go to the doctor, whatever.” I clearly felt, “I already have.” Gottcha God!

The Littlest Way
I think…I think I’m going to write about “Word of God Quotes” this October. The last couple of years I have chosen a topic to write on for 31 Days, for the month of October. I didn’t think I was going to this year but this evening I thought about my morning Instagram posts where I share a snippet of something I have read that morning in the Word. I’d like to share them in more detail here.
Our Domestic Church…
October is the month dedicated to the most holy rosary. Do you pray the rosary? We have every night for years. It’s not always perfect and some nights it feels like one more thing to do, but we do it and I know on those nights when we’d rather not, we still receive the graces if not more because we did it strictly out of love for Jesus and His Mother regardless of any warm, fuzzy feelings we might get.
