Welcome to the Daybook Journal now renamed “How to Live the Little Way.” This will still be a weekly post here at The Littlest Way where I gather all the ordinary things that happen or are happening in my day to day but I’m changing the name to reflect what this Daybook means to me; it’s my effort, my intention to live the Little Way. I’ll still include things like what I’m reading or listening to, eating, cleaning, and learning. These are the small moments, the little way, that make up my blessed daily life and I want to remember them. My prompts may change depending on season and circumstance.
* I’ve written an ebook to guide you through the whys and hows to get started with Bible Journaling, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, and to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Praying…
Let’s just say I’ve pulled out the big guns…my miraculous rosary. I’ll have to write a post about it someday.
Listening to…
We live in the country but around the corner about a mile lives a man, well, he died, so it’s sons I guess? Anyway, they make their own fireworks, like have to get special permission from the ATF and everything. He’s taking practice shots tonight and they sound like sonic booms!
I’m also listening to Chris. Parenting can be tricky and slippery and just plain old hard. He is one of the wisest people I know. His intuition is almost without a doubt right on the money every single time.

The One Year Bible – Catholic: NLT
This is my “quantity” Bible to make sure I get the Word inside me each and every day.
Catholic Journaling Bible
This is my study Bible.
Bible Journaling…
I’ve started posting my Catholic Journaling Bible posts more frequently. But recently I posted a Catholic Journaling Bible example post showing different types and techniques from Instagram.
Around the House…
It’s hot. I’m tired. The end.
In the Kitchen…
See above, lol!

Self Care
I just stocked up on some oils when Edens Garden was having their 20% off sale. I’ve gotten a little lax in using them or only reaching for them in crisis instead of maintenance. (I purchase my essential oils from Amazon or Edens Garden instead of a distributor. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member with FREE shipping, Edens Garden has FREE shipping all the time in the US.)
I think I’m going to try to get back on my treadmill this week. I hurt my leg a couple of weeks ago, so much so that I went to the ER thinking I might have had a blood clot since I had been in a car for so long over the span of a week. Thanks be to God no clot, just a huge knot in my calf…which I then injured by walking on the treadmill. I didn’t think it was that bad and I honestly thought walking would help loosen it. Nope. So I’ve been off for two weeks. My body needs to get back on and so does my mind.
The Littlest Way
We just started our brand new online Bible Study Community and I’m already shocked by the response! I almost doubled my original goal for the group in the first month! If you missed signing up for July, click here and I’ll add you to the waiting list for August.
Our Domestic Church…
July is traditionally set aside to honor the Precious Blood of Jesus. When I was younger, talking about the Blood of Jesus used to freak me out. Now I call on His Most Precious Blood for protection!
Saving Money…
Chris and I went to Aldis this week. As much as I don’t want to admit it because I don’t like going to two or maybe even three strore, we do save a bunch of money there. Added together with Walmart Online Grocery and it’s pretty much a no brainer.
