Hi there and welcome to my weekly Daybook: Online Journal. This is a collection of the everyday things that may seem insignificant at the time, but I know I will want to remember them later. It has been said the days are long and the years short…and this week has been a pretty long one. But looking back, I think I will remember the length only to wish it would have been longer. Not feeling that way right now, but give me some time and I’ll probably get there. If you post a weekly Daybook: Online Journal, please leave a link in the comments so I can visit.

Praying for…
I have a couple of very important intentions close to this momma heart. I’m praying for all marriages–mothers and fathers. Our job is hard, our reward unseen most days–keep at it momma, you’re doing a good job by the simple fact you keep trying.
Pondering…
I am pondering, again, the best use of time. How to do what I want to do and do want I am called to do–supposed to.
Listening to…
Bernadette telling me about a cord rosary, Anna tell me about coupons on Ibotta. (We just earned $35.00 last month that we transferred over to our paypal account), Luke is asking me to read to them and the rest of the kids are just making everyday, ordinary noise…thanks be to God.

In the Kitchen…
I’ve cheated a bit here and there following the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan. Each time I do, I feel a little bit worse. So for the month of November I am recommitting to following it closely…I feel so much better when I eat this way. I want to finish the year strong and healthy.
Around the House…
I am being met with resistance trying to get back into a good routine after being sick and daddy traveling. Our slothful selves gained strength while our virtuous selves got flabby. Lord, please help me lead by example with out being overbearing and naggy.
Looking Ahead…
school, chores, dental cleaning, piano lessons
Each day there is more encouragement and even some laughs over on my Facebook page. Head over and “Like” me there for more.

When I feel the most stretched, I have to remind myself, “He knows exactly what He’s doing. He obviously thought I was the best woman to mother these children, so show me how Lord.”
